We are a mindfulness meditation group who meet on Zoom every Monday at 8.00pm during term time.  We have found that using Zoom combines the comfort, ease and security of your own home with the inspiration of a group.  We practice a combination of guided and silent meditation and a reading and discussion of mindfulness literature.  

Everyone is very welcome to join us.
