Winter Tree Identification walk - morning slot

Sunday 23 January 2022
11:00 to 12:30

Britain is home to around a hundred common tree species, with some of the most popular thriving in urban areas. London alone contains over eight million trees, thereby earning its classification as an urban forest. That's almost one tree per person.

Join the local tree experts from the Friends of Ham Lands for a mindful winter tree walk. You will learn to identify the most common tree species in winter and get to know more about the history of this wonderful local nature reserve.

We will have activities for many age groups and abilities on the day.

This is a joint event with TCV Richmond.
